Booking Process

Deposit Payment
Customers are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost to the official bank account of Toba Indah Trans. This deposit serves as a booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made 1 day before the arrival date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid directly to our staff or driver upon arrival at Silangit Airport.
No Deposit Policy
Reservations without a deposit are considered non-binding, and Tobatrans reserves the right to cancel such bookings without prior notice.
Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for preparing and carrying all required travel documents if requested by local authorities.
Schedule Changes
Schedule changes will only be considered in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unavoidable security issues.
Health & Safety Responsibility
Any incidents such as death or accidents caused by the renter’s health condition, negligence, or careless actions during the trip are not the responsibility of Tobatrans.
